If your flight is late

A person checks your flight before the driver sets off, so a delay moves your pickup — you don't need to call. The first 60 minutes of waiting are counted from when your flight actually lands. A flight delay is not a change to your booking, so there is no fee.

Going to the airport

The same fixed fare applies from your hotel in the city to the airport. Tell us your flight time when you book; customer service can suggest a pickup time. The driver drops you at the departures entrance.

How much is a taxi from Chiang Mai Airport to the city?

Is there a meet-and-greet with a name sign?

Yes, on request: the driver waits outside the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name, for ฿100. Without a sign, the driver waits at the same spot and you have the car's plate number.

Can you pick us up at night?

Yes. We meet flights at any hour; book with your flight number and arrival time.

Can you take us from the airport straight to Pai or Chiang Rai?

Send your flight and destination on WhatsApp and we confirm the price per car before you book. From Chiang Mai, Pai is about 3 hours by car and Chiang Rai 3–3.5 hours.

What if we have more luggage than the car takes?

A sedan takes 2 bags, an SUV 4 and a van 5. If you have more, or bulky items like golf bags or bicycles, choose a bigger car or tell us in the booking.
